What do I need to do?

• Decide what you want help with (if you struggle with that, I can coach you on that too!)
• Purchase a single session or a coaching package.  (Unsure what you need?  Contact me to discuss.)
• Schedule your first coaching session with me by follow the on-line scheduling instructions you receive or if you prefer – contact me directly.
• Fill out the coaching preparation form, save it and email it back to me at least 24 hours before your session. (This ensures we make the best use of our time together.)
• Be on time to the coaching session
• Follow-through with any assignments & commitments you make to yourself (you make them to me but they are really for you and to you!)
• Repeat steps 1-6 when needed!

How much does it cost?

That depends on your specific needs and timeline.  Basically, I’m here when you need me for as long as you need me.  That means you don’t have to make a long-term commitment or sign a big contract.  If you have a single issue you need to breakthrough on – then choose a Kick Butt Business Breakthrough session. If you need more direction, support and kick butt accountability, then choose bigger package.   Each package can be broken down into 60 or 30 minute increments and used as needed.

• Kick Butt Coaching a-la-carte*:
• Single Kick Butt Business Breakthrough (60 minutes for $250)

 

• Kick Butt Coaching Packages*:
• Kick Butt Business Booster (3 hours for $675 — save $75 with package)

What’s coaching worth to you? 

Wondering what it will take to recoup your coaching investment?  Calculate your Break-Even Point using this simple formula: 

 Break-Even = Fixed Costs/Unit Price

 

Break-Even:  Number new clients in your business needed to recoup your investment

 

Fixed Costs:  In this case, cost of a coaching session or coaching package

 

Unit Price:  What YOU charge your average client (If transactional sales, use average amount spent)

 

EXAMPLE Client Goal:  Get more clients (most common client challenge)

 

Fixed Cost:  $675 (Price of Kick Butt Business Maximizer Package)

Your Unit Price: $300 [$75/hour X 4 hours average client visit]

Break-Even = $675/240 = 2.25

 

This means you’d only need 2+ new clients to break even.
